For those of us who struggle to understand the concept of “Jumping under the bar”I thought this video might be helpful.  In the slow motion portion you can clearly see that when the bar reaches it’s highest point Chad is on his way down to “receive” it in the clean position on his shoulders.  Also notice on the Jerk how vertical his torso is on the “dip and drive” portion.  Post questions and comments below.
