Skill work: work on double unders for about 10 minutes   “just keep trying, just keep trying, trying, trying…”

WOD:  chipper

30 ground to over head, any way you want.  appr. 50% 1rm snatch

40 pull ups

50 kbs, 1.5/ 1 pd

60 sit ups, any way

70 burpees, jump over barrier

scale: what ever push ups you can do, asst. pull ups, step over barrier
