WOD #1:
5 sets for time
3 shoulder press
10 sit ups( fast)

rest 3 min. after the 5 sets then
200 lunges for time ( proper form)

Athletes competing on Saturday WOD:
3-5 rds ( depending on how you feel) for time
300m row
15 box jumps 20/14″

Open WOD #4 this week.
Once the WOD posts at 5pm, we will know how saturday can go.
However, this week, a number of people are gone b/c of spring break and such.  So, could we have some people volunteer to be ready to do the WOD Wed. evening sometime during evening classes.  Or Thursday 6am.
It would be very helpful if there were some who are attending evening classes ( more likely the 5:30) to help judge towards the end of class ( those needing to be judged, there’s about 6 of us,  will be ready to go about 6:10-6:15).  We will find out what the WOD is at 5pm.  We can watch the standards video just before.  Thank you!
