WOD:
A. Back Squat 5,5,5, rst 4 min.
B. Barbell walking lunges, 4-5 each leg, rest 2 min.
C. ring push ups@ 2222, 2 less than as many as you can do x3 , rest 2 min.

There is a new barbell class on Wednesday nights at 7:30 pm, coached by Brant.  It would be beneficial for every one to make an effort to come to this because it will be a full hour of working on olympic lifts.  If Wednesday 7:30pm is not a time that you can make, please let Becky know and we will set up an alternate time.  I will put up a sheet at the gym, put your name on it if you can’t make it Wed.   Feel free to come to class and to the barbell class in one day if you want.
