Kettlebell Snatch Right Arm x 1 rep Kettlebell Snatch Left Arm x 2 reps
Kettlebell Snatch Right Arm x 2 reps Kettlebell Snatch Left Arm x 3 reps
Kettlebell Snatch Right Arm x 3 reps…and up…
When partner 1 fails to complete a rung of the ladder (or gets to 10, whichever comes first), partner 2 begins their ladder while partner 1 rests.
