A. Four sets of:
Single Arm Kettlebell or Dumbbell Shoulder Press x 6-8 reps each arm
Rest 90 seconds
Plank from Elbows x 60 seconds
Rest 90 seconds

B. Three sets of:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
135/95 lbs Clusters (Clean into a Thruster) x 4 reps
24/20 ” Box Jumps x 8 reps
Rest 2 minutes between sets and pick up each round where you left off
