Deadlift
7×1 working for 1 rep max for the day. Take 3 minutes between attempts.

Conditioning
15 minute AMRAP
“I Love my Kettlebell!”
Using 1 kettlebell complete as many reps as possible. If you set the KB down do 3 burpees before continuing. You may go up in weight between rounds, but do not go down. Have fun!

2 TGU each arm
10 KB swings
20 overhead walking lunges(2 hands on the KB, locked out overhead)
10 KB high pulls
10 box step ups(hold the KB however you like)

Record total reps as well as penalties.
