Turkish Get-Ups x 2 reps each arm
Pull-Ups x 10-12 reps
Handstand Push-Ups x 6-8 reps (2 Wall Walks)

B.  In teams of 2, partners alternate whole rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
135/95 lb Power Clean x 5 reps
Burpees Over the Barbell x 10 reps
20/14 lb Wall Ball Shots x 15 reps
