Strict Toes to Bar x 7-10 reps

B.  Five sets for times of:
Snatch x 5 reps (135/95 lbs)
Overhead Squat x 10 reps (135/95 lbs)
Box Jumps x 15 reps (24/20″)
Run or Row 400 Meters
Rest 4-5 minutes between sets
