A. Three sets, not for time, of:
Double-Unders x 30-40 reps (60sec DU practice)
Toes to Bar x 7-12 reps (Knees to Chest)
Turkish Get-Up x 2 reps each arm

B. Against a three-minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
Push-Ups x 9 reps
24/16 kg Kettlebell Swings x 9 reps
Goblet Squats x 9 reps
Repeat for a total of five sets, resting 60 seconds between sets. Pick up each set where you left off when the last ended.
