After you find 1RM Strict Press, reduce the weight by 5% and begin working up toward your 1RM Push Press

Then:
6 Minute AMRAP
12 KB Swings (1.5 pood/1 pood)
12 Burpees

Fitness

5×3 Strict Press

Then:
6 rounds
6 KB swings
6 Burpees
Rest 1 minute between each round
