Back Squat the following rep scheme based off of percentages from the 1RM we found several weeks ago.
Use the same style (high bar or low bar) used to find your 1RM.

5@70%
5@80%
3@85%
3@90%
1@95%

Then:

 

Hang from pullup bar for max time
1 minute rest
Hang from pullup bar using only middle, ring and pinky fingers for max time
1 minute rest
Pinch grip plate carry to fence and back (no prescribed weight)
