Close Grip Bench Press
Sumo Deadlift
*Alternate sets between movements as you build (begin w/ sets of 5, then 3’s, and then singles)

B. Two sets of:
Max reps Push-Up’s
60sec rest
BB Bicep Curls 10-20 reps
60sec rest

C. Two sets not for time:
15/side Plank Army Crawlers (1ct. pause in plank b/t each rep)
8 GH Raises
10/leg Core Activation Straight Leg Raise (whole vid is good, but the exercise is what we’ll be doing)
