Warmup:

800 meter run, mobility work, situps and back extensions

WOD:

Five rounds for time of:
50 pound dumbbell, walking lunge, 10 alternating steps (use one DB only and 10 total steps)
50 pound dumbbell, swing, 15 reps

Women use 35 pound dumbbell or scale as needed.  Athlete chooses how to carry the weight.
