Were trying to get to a “One Rep Max” here. Start with a manageable weight and get heavier each rep. Don't be affraid to hit failure on maybe the 6th or 7th rep.

Remeber, this is an EXPLOSIVE move. This is not a Front Squat, then a Shoulder Press. Have Fun!
