WOD:

A.  weighted gh raises 3×12

rest 30 sec between sets, if you can complete the set of 12 increase weight on next set

B.  25 unbroken kbs x5

rest 2 minutes between sets

C.  Every 2 minutes on the minute mark perform 10 ohs x7

determine weigh to be used before hard, keep at same weight entire time.
