route:
out from the gym, turn left at the street and run slight left on Agness
Turn right on Industry, which curves around to Spaulding
Turn right on Spaulding.
when you get back to Agness turn right on Agness and run the same loop again( Agness to Industry to Spaulding)
Second time back to Agness turn left and head back to the gym.
