WOD:
amrap 10 min.
1 tough deadlift
10 burpees

Today is the last day to register for the Open!   It is a great way to  participate in the local and larger CrossFit community.  Whether or not you think  you are strong enough or fast enough, we coaches  believe it’s a incredible experience.  Please think about joining.  After i know what the WOD will be each week I will work on planning Saturday Open WOD time and/ or schedule an alternate day.
