Skill:  hang squat snatch 3×5 for form (not heavy)
WOD:
amrap 12 min. pick one of the following
first choice:
1 L pull up
2 strict pull ups
3 kipping pull ups
for each set you may not come off the bar, if you do, it is a broken set and doesn’t count.

second choice
unbroken sets of
2 clapping push up
3 push ups
4 knee push ups
for this choice you may not come out of plank position or it is a broken set

third choice:
3 weighted squat 45/25#
4 jumping squats
5 air squats
for this choice  you may not rest at the top of the squat only at the bottom.  drop plate after weighted squats
