a.Take 15-20 minutes to cycle through and practice various gymnastics elements that you need to work on – examples . . . Pistol Progressions x 4-6 reps each leg, Handstand Holds or Walks (freestanding or supported) x 60-90 seconds, L-Sits x 30-60 seconds, L-Pull-Ups, etc…

b.Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
Minutes 1-5: 24/20″ Box Jump Overs x 10 reps
Minutes 6-10: 45/25 lbs Dumbbell Push Press x 10 reps
Minutes 11-15: Double-Unders x 30 reps

c.Optional Finisher –
Two sets for times of:
GHD Sit-Ups x 20 reps
Burpees x 10 reps
Double-Unders x 30 reps
Rest 2 minutes
