So, some confusion yesterday- “Warm Up” is our new progression through Junk Yard Dog and the Burgener Warm Up. Start with 2 laps around the building.
7×2 +1 Hanging Power Cleans + Push Jerk rest 1 min between sets.
Like yesterday, do 2 cleans then 1 push jerk. Add weight as long as form stays tight. The cleans should be taken from the hip pocket, do not progress the bar down towards the knees. This is sometimes referred to as the “High Hang”
4 rounds for total working time of:
7 Cleans (full squat) @ 85% of above
14 Bar Facing Burpees(do a burpee, jump over your bar)
