A) 16 minute EMOM:
At the top of each minute, perform the following complex:
1x Snatch Grip RDL
1x Snatch Grip High Pull
1x Power Snatch
1x Overhead Squat
*Keep the same load across all sets. It should be 60-80% of max Snatch

B) 18 minute AMRAP:
300m Row
20x Weighted Sit-Ups
15x Box Jumps (24/20)
10x Ball Slams (20/10)
5x Wall Climbs
