A.  Back Squat:
5 reps @ 65%
5 reps @ 70%
5 reps @ 75%
5 reps @ 80%
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

B.  Take 15 minutes and build to a heavy Jerk from the Rack

C.  Front Squat:
5 reps @ 60%
5 reps @ 65%
5 reps @ 65%
5 reps @ 65%
Rest 2 minutes between sets

OR

A.  Three sets, not for time, of:
Handstand Wall Climbs x 3-5 reps
Toes to Bar x 10-12 reps
Bounding Box Jumps x 10-15 reps

B.  Complete rounds of 9, 7 and 5 reps for time of:
Front Squat (185/125 lbs)
Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
Handstand Push-Ups

C.  Optional Finisher –
Four sets for max distance:
60 second Row Sprint
90 second rest
