1B. single arm rows x 50 per arm with a dead stop at the bottom of each one.
Partition reps as desired

2A. 3×20 pull aparts
2B. 3×20 face pulls
Rest 10sec b/t A,B, and 2min b/t sets

3. 3 way shoulder raises
3A. Front Raises
3B. Lateral Raises
3C. Rear Lateral Raises
Rest 10sec b/t A,B,C and 2min b/t sets

4A. 3 x amrap bb curl
4B. 3 x amrap Pushdowns
Rest 10sec b/t A,B, and 2min b/t sets
