WOD: ” Danny”

amrap 20 minutes

30 box jumps 24/ 20″

20 push press 115/ 80#

30 pull ups

Affiliate team members do not do “Danny” today.

do this

warm up, mobility

a.  Snatch x2  for 5 sets , use same weight for each rep, rest 30 sec b/t sets

b.  shoulder press x2 for 5 sets, use same weight for each set, rest 10 sec. b/t sets

c.  20 double unders x5 sets, rest as needed b/t sets
