15 db snatch left arm 35/20#
15 ghd sit ups
15 db snatch right arm
15 hip ext.
Open WOD for Saturday Feb. 25th, 8 a.m.
Amrap Burpees 7 min. with 6 inch marker
We will run 2 heats of this work out. Heat 1 to begin at 8:20, Heat 2 at 8:35. When you get to the gym, start warming up. We will split into 3 groups: judges, heat 1 , and heat 2. Judges will set up 6″ marker for their athlete prior to WOD. We will be finished by 9 a.m. class time.
