Make up “Fran” if you did not do it yesterday. Then join in on the squatting at the end.
If you did:
Clean(w/squat) and Jerk 3×3
Then work on one of the following movements for 15 minutes:pick pull ups, hspu, dips, double unders or muscle ups.

If you came to the oly clinic last month that was part one. We will be repeating that and you will not need to attend it again. Hopefully everyone who wanted to come and couldn’t will be able to attend part one. Whoever has had part one can come to part two. Both will be about 2 hours long.
