A. Three sets, not for time, of:
Handstand Push-Ups x 10-12 reps
Alternating DB Snatch x 10 reps
Kettlebell Snatch x 5 reps each arm

B. Five sets of:
2 Position Snatch (Snatch from Mid-Thigh and from the floor)
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

C. Four sets of:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
Push-Ups x 10/5 reps
24/20″ Box Jumps x 10 reps
24/16 kg Kettlebell Swings x 15 reps
Rest 60 seconds between sets and pick up where you left off
