Nose to Wall Handstand Hold x 45-60 seconds
Pistols x 3-5 reps each leg
Box Jumps x 12-15 reps

B. Four sets of:
Touch and Go Power Cleans x 4-6 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

C. For time:
50/30 Push-Ups
50 Double-Unders
40/25 Push-Ups
40 Double-Unders
30/20 Push-Ups
30 Double-Unders
20/15 Push-Ups
20 Double-Unders
10/5 Push-Ups
10 Double-Unders
(50/30 – 50 reps for males, 30 reps for females)
(Health: Start at 40/25 and 3:1 Single Unders)
