Fitness

Spend 10 minutes practicing the handstand or handstand pushup.
Freestanding, against the wall or off a box only. No bands.
Focus on midline stability.

Then:

5 Rounds
5x Behind the Neck Push Press (No RX weight)
10 Hand Release Pushups
10 Hollow Rocks
Rest 1 minute between each round

Use any remaining class time for skill work and mobility.
