A.  take bar off the rack with 95/ 65#. Then, without racking the bar,  shoulder press until you can’t any more, push press until you can’t any more, push jerk until you can’t anymore.

B1. 10 unbroken pull ups, rest 1 min.X5
B2. 30 sit ups unbroken, rest 1 min.X5
