Set 1 – x 5 reps (~70% 1RM)
Set 2 – x 3 reps (~80% 1RM)
Set 3 – x 1 rep (~90% 1RM)
Set 4 – x 1 rep (90%+)
Set 5 – x 1 rep (95%+)
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

B.Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
115/75 lbs Shoulder to Overhead x 8 reps
Box Jump Overs x 8 reps (24/20″)
