This is test week for us. The workouts will include a lengthy warm-up, plenty of time to find your choice of 1RM, 3RM, 5RM, or 10RM, a short, but intense, metcon and a prioritized stretch afterward. Our Load/reps as well as our WOD times will need to be recorded. We will be getting into a lifting cycle in these early months of 2018 that will require us to calculate percentages of our max. If you can’t make it to one or more of the days I would encourage you to find time during the open gym hours in the next week to get it done.
