Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

B. In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
135/95 lbs Power Clean x 5 reps
Ring Dips x 5 reps

C. Optional Finisher:
Two sets for times of: 400 Meter Run
Rest 2-3 minutes
