*Part A should be done with a partner. As one partner is performing an exercise, the other is resting. For example, Partner A does RDLs while Partner B is resting/counting reps/providing encouragement. Partner B then does their RDLs while Partner A returns the favor. Partner A does their Walking Lunges…etc.
