WOD:
1. Bench press: 1,1,1 (find your 1RM in no more than 3 attempts, rest min 2min b/t attempts)

2. Fort time:
400m run
15 burpees
15 thrusters (75/45)
15 jumping pullup’s
30 situp’s

Scale: 200m run, 10 burpees, 10 thrusters (35), 10 jumping pullup’s, 20 situp’s

Part 2 is an all-out sprint.  Be mentally prepared!
