If you are testing something you missed earlier in the week, follow that day’s warm up as well. You may also use this day for active recovery(see below). Or, you may follow today’s optional test.

TEST 4- Oly Day
You have 20 minutes to establish a 1RM snatch. I recommend spending 10 minutes warming up and 10 minutes to make 3-4 attempts at a max single.

You then have 20 minutes to establish a 1RM clean and jerk. Spend less time on form warm up(5min) and take longer rests(3-5min) between max single attempts.

3x, 10min between rounds. complete at 75% perceived effort.
