Test Week

Alrighty folks, no cramming for an all nighter, no sleeping on your books, no “I can’t believe I slept through my Psych 105 final”. Its test week!

This week we need you to complete the 3 major tests, in the order posted. Inbetween days will be strictly for recovery and mobility. You should be able to give it your all for each test, so rest and recover wisely!

Test #1

CrossFit Total

1 RM Back Squat
1 RM Shoulder Press
1 RM Deadlift

For your warm up: 500m row then..
Air Squats
GHD sit ups
Push Ups

Use 2×5 sets of each movement to get ready. You then get 3 attempts to hit your max. Record total weight on the board, and here if you like.

FWIW- Many feel an elite CFer should hit 5x body weight!
