50 thrusters w/ empty barbell (50 reps/team)
then load the bar w/ weight 115#/75#
600m team barbell carry
50 sit-up’s per team member
600m team barbell carry
30 push-up’s per team member
600m team barbell carry
Strip the weights
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pull’s per team member

The bar may only touch the ground when team members are performing sit-up’s and push-up’s. ┬áIf the bar touches the ground at any other point then a 3 burpee penalty is assessed for each infraction
