A. Warm Up for 10min with Dynamic movements
B. Run 3 miles at a track and every 2 laps do 5 Burpees + 10 Sit-Up’s + 16 Alternating Reverse Lunges

Monday:
A. Warm Up for 10min with Dynamic movements
B. 50 Turkish Get-Up’s (find or borrow a KB/DB)
