20m Plate pinch Farmer Carry (45/25)
2x Burpees
** Each Rd, add +2 Burpees
(I.E. Rd 1 Partner A and B both do 20m carry + 2 Burpees. In round 2 they will both do 20m carry + 4 burpees. In Rd 3 they do 20m carry and 6 burpees, etc….)
