CFP: A. Take 15 minutes and practice gymnastics skills of your choice – Muscle-Ups, Kipping/Butterfly Pull-Ups, Toes to Bar, Hollow Rocks, Pistols, Handstand Push-Ups, Ring Dips, Double-Unders, etc.

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Wall Ball Shots x 10 reps
Toes to Bar x 10 reps
Rest 5 minutes, and then…
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Double-Unders x 20 reps
Handstand Push-Ups x 10 reps
