Performance

50 Wall Balls (20/14)
40 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 Power Cleans (95/65)
30 Dumbbell Thrusters (40/25)
40 Burpees
50 Kettle Bell Swings (1.5/1 pood)

Partner 1 starts at the top of the list and works their way down, and partner 2 starts at the bottom and works their way up. You cannot move on to the next exercise until each partner completes their respective exercise. e.g. Partner 1 finishes 50 wall balls before Partner 2 finishes 50 Kettle Bell swings. Partner 1 can’t move on to Box Jumps until Partner 2 finishes all 50 KB Swings.
