In Male/Female Teams of 2: (10lb. baby for each team)
For Time:
400m Medball Run
80x Wallballs
80x Medball Sit-ups
80x Front Racked Lunge Steps
80x Burpees w/ 12′ Ball Toss (2 mat lengths)
400m Medball Run
*Penalty for dropping the baby is 5 No-jump Burpees +5 Burpees for each additional offense (I.E. 5-10-15-20-etc.)
*All penalty burpees are performed after final medball run. Clock doesn’t stop until penalty is completed
