WOD:
“Helton” with a partner for time
3 rds
800m run
30 db squat cleans 50/35#
30 burpees 

Both people on your team have to do the 800m.  Once both of you are back in the gym then you can tag team the squat cleans and burpees, working one at a time.  Complete all 30 squat cleans then all 30 burees.
