WOD: 5k

walk, jog, run, bike, or row–your pick!

if you row: 1000m at 50% effort, 750 at 60%, 500 at 70%, 250m at 80 5, 100m sprint at  100%. rest 3 min. b/t efforts.

Start at the sidewalk at the bottom of the CFGP driveway on Morgan

Run towards Hawthorne

Left onto Hawthorne

Right onto Morgan

Left onto Highland

Left onto A

Left onto Washington

End at Washington and Morgan
