5 back squat ( suggestion:med heavy)
10 ring rows
as long as it takes you to complete the round, rest
WOD #2:
Kettle bell clean and jerk ladder for time

10 Right arm, 10 left arm, 9 rt., 9 lf, 8 rt., 8 lf, etc.
do not drop the bell

afterwards:  practice TGU with a barbell
