Skill: in 15 min. deadlift 5×5, build to a heavy 5
WOD #1:
2 min. amrap squats
2 min. amrap sdlhp
2 min.  amrap burpees
2 min.  amsap front leaning rest

WOD #2:
2 min. amrap wallballs
2 min. amrap kbs
2 min. amrap burpees
2 min. amrap double unders

Then as a class do as many 20m sled pushes as possible in 5 min.  both sleds can be going at the same time
