A) In 20 minutes or less, complete 3 or 4 rounds of the following gymnastics complex:
20x Straddle Pulses
30 sec. Inverted Hollow Hold
30 sec. Inverted Pike Hold (V-Up Hold)
30 sec. Chin-Up/ Tuck Hold
*Rest as needed b/t movements and rounds but be mindful of the overall clock time
