C. Three sets of:
Hang Snatch + Snatch
Rest 2-3 minutes
Working sets at 65-75% 1RM

D. Front Squat:
5 reps @ 65%
4 reps @ 75%
4 reps @ 80%
4 reps @ 85%
Rest 2 minutes between sets
